XYZ Robotics, a pioneer in Physical AI for logistics, and LX Pantos, a global total logistics company, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on April 10 to jointly advance robotics automation in logistics operations.
Under the agreement, LX Pantos will deploy XYZ Robotics' robotic solutions across its warehouse facilities to improve operational efficiency. The collaboration pairs LX Pantos' global logistics network and operational expertise with XYZ Robotics' robotic technology for truck loading, unloading, and mixed case depalletizing. Together, the two companies aim to automate complex logistics workflows at scale and accelerate LX Pantos' Tech Driven Logistics (TDL) strategy.

XYZ Robotics' mobile manipulation robots and logistics solutions
“Partnering with LX Pantos gives us a significant opportunity to bring our robotic solutions to real, large-scale logistics environments and demonstrate the impact they can deliver,” said Edgar Xing, Co-founder and CBO of XYZ Robotics.
Both companies will appoint dedicated operational leads to align on implementation and move joint initiatives forward.
