On June 5th, XYZ Robotics successfully held Demo Day for the 5th anniversary and headquarters relocation. On Demo Day, XYZ Robotics unveiled its latest 3D vision software Studio Max and LS-XL Laser Structured Light 3D Camera.

Government officials and industry partners visited XYZ Robotics to share insights on machine vision and robot automation technological breakthroughs, implemented applications, and industry prospects.

Industry Gathering: Charting a Blueprint

XYZ Robotics CEO Jiaji Zhou reviewed the company’s remarkable achievements in his opening speech. Over the past 5 years, XYZ Robotics has accomplished multiple zero-to-one breakthroughs, from the industry-first implemented piece picking robot solution and the teachless motion planning technology in China to the world’s first vision-guided fast tool change without prior registration.

XYZ Robotics upholds its core values and constantly pushes technological boundaries. The launch of two new products brings the company closer to its vision of transforming production with innovative robotics and sensing technologies.

New Headquarters, Pioneering Journey

XYZ Robotics' new headquarters is located in the Shanghai Zhangjiang National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone. With a total area of over 7,000 square meters, the new headquarters features fully-equipped functional areas, including offices, robot laboratories, Class 10,000 cleanrooms, offline conference rooms, and more.

On Demo Day, visitors thought highly of XYZ Robotics' cutting-edge 3D vision and logistics automation solutions showcased in its new Innovation Center.

In the Innovation Center, the industrial 3D vision applications on display include car windshield assembly, gap and flush inspection, random bin picking of spherical hinges, CV joints, and bearing rings. XYZ Robotics also presented logistics automation applications such as weight-sensing (de)palleting, mobile mixed case palletizing, mixed case palletizing in a cage cart, mixed totes (de)palletizing, and piece picking.

During Demo Day, visitors also participated in industry salons, where they gained valuable insights into XYZ Robotics' technological innovations and exceptional solution delivery for (de)palletizing, mixed case palletizing, and vehicle manufacturing applications.
