Gluing inspection

The profiler inspects the consistency of the glue segment and whether it breaks or lacks.

Defect inspection

The profiler inspects whether there are dents, bubbles, or scratches on the surface of the battery cell film.

Battery pole inspection

The profiler inspects the presence of poles on the upper end of the battery cell. The pole is reflective and difficult to recognize.

Dimension inspection

The profiler inspects the length, width, and thickness of battery cells. The inspection precision requirement is ±0.1 mm.

Mismatch inspection of cylinder head
