Eurovo, a leading egg product producer in Italy, faced challenges in their outbound operations. The heavy boxes, weighing up to 26kg, made manual loading exhausting and time-consuming. With increasing labor shortages, the need for an automation solution became urgent.

To address this, Eurovo partnered with XYZ Robotics to deploy the RockyOne Mobile Manipulation Robot.

Efficient and Precise Automation

RockyOne takes over the heavy lifting, picking and stacking cases into containers with speed and precision. Operators can easily control and monitor the robot using a wireless pad. The robot handles various container types and places cartons tightly to maximize fill rates.

Improved Workflow and Ergonomics

With RockyOne, loading a full 40ft container now takes just two hours, making the operation more predictable. By handling the heavy lifting, the robot allows the team to focus on higher-value tasks. Additionally, RockyOne reduces physical strain on workers, creating a safer and more ergonomic environment.

This project demonstrates the real-world value of our Mobile Manipulation Robot. For Eurovo, RockyOne introduced flexibility, consistency, and reliability into their supply chain, helping them stay competitive while supporting sustainable growth.
