Overview

The customer is a well-known listed pump manufacturer, of which the factory requires the 3D vision to help automate loading motor stators accurately. The stators are made of iron and densely arranged in a bin.

Procedures

• XYZ 3D vision identifies the part and confirms the type. XYZ 2D vision locates the hole of the part precisely for grabbing.

• The robot, guided by XYZ vision, grabs the part and places it on the machine tool.
